This website introduces ShiftUp Lab Pvt. Ltd. and DINO, a student-life mobile platform in development. Descriptions of future features, including student communities and Jenny, communicate product intentions and are not a promise that a particular feature is available.

2. Pre-launch information

DINO is in development. This website does not announce a guaranteed launch date, guarantee access, or promise that any product feature will be available in a specific form. Conceptual interface visuals and sample prompts are illustrative and are not actual user activity or live product screens.

3. Waitlist registration

Submitting a waitlist form registers your interest; it does not create a product account, guarantee early access, or guarantee a release date. Please provide accurate information and do not submit another person's personal details without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit harmful code, or use the forms for unlawful or abusive activity.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, design, and original materials are owned by or used by ShiftUp Lab with appropriate rights. Do not reproduce or use them commercially without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

Descriptions of Jenny refer to an intended AI-assisted companion. Any AI feature, when available, may produce incomplete or incorrect information and should not be treated as guaranteed professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
